Your inquiry

When you submit an inquiry, we use your name or business name, email address, selected service and message to respond to you. Google Firebase processes the request, and Titan processes the email delivered to our business inbox. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

The form requires your agreement before sending. We keep correspondence while handling your inquiry and any resulting project. To ask about your information or request deletion, email sanyam@insightkey.in.

To limit spam and duplicate delivery, Firebase stores a random inquiry reference, delivery state, timestamps and short-lived counters based on a protected hash of your IP address. These records do not contain your name, message or email address and are scheduled for deletion after seven days. Hosting and mail providers may also retain technical logs under their own policies.

Browser preferences

If you change the colour theme or motion setting, the site saves that preference in your browser’s local storage. Clear this site’s browser data to remove it. The site does not set advertising cookies or include analytics trackers.

Fonts and images

Fonts and images are served with the website. Visiting a page does not load fonts or photographs from an external font or stock-image provider.

Hosting and external links

The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the website. External links, including GitHub, follow their own privacy policies when you choose to open them.

Future changes

If we add inquiry delivery, analytics, accounts or other data processing, we will update this page to describe the actual behaviour before enabling it.
